RETURN POLICY
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You can return an item within 7 days after receiving it. To do this, you need to fill out a form on the website. We will contact you and arrange for a courier to arrive at the time of your choice. The shipping of an item you wish to return is paid separately.

Return of an item is possible if its presentation, factory labels, tags, consumer properties (no sharp perfume) are preserved. It is not possible to return an item that was used. Made-to-measure items or items altered in the sewing studio at the customer's request cannot be returned.
HOW DO I CALL A COURIER FOR RETURN?
Once you have made your return request online, we will contact you and arrange for a courier to arrive at the time of your choice. We will make a delivery note that you need to print out and give to the courier along with the packaged item.
HOW DO I PACK AN ITEM TO RETURN IT?
Wrap the MARU item in paper and pack it into the box in which the item was shipped to you. Attach the delivery note that we will send you.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
As soon as we receive the item and make sure that it is intact, we make a refund to your bankcard within 1-2 days. Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your Bank and may take up to 30 banking days.
